Roundtable Discussion Between Media Practitioners and Civil Society Organisations

In line with the communication and visibility strategy, the ACT programme facilitated a roundtable discussion between media practitioners and civil society organisations in the FCT to review joint action plans that were previously developed by selected CSOs and the media, towards raising awareness and increasing the visibility of CSO interventions in the FCT, and to agree on how those plans will be taken forward. The CSO-media participants also reviewed current regulatory framework and the issues that require media engagement and mapped out ways towards working collaboratively and reporting on the issues around the CSO regulatory environment.
